The Safina call list: Filter calls and find quickly

Keep track of your calls. This guide shows you how to use the call list in your Safina app, recognize new messages, and quickly find what you're looking for using filters.

The "Calls" tab is your central log for all conversations Safina has had for you. Over time, this list will grow. To help you keep track even with many entries, we have integrated some useful organizational tools.

How to navigate your call list

Open the "Calls" tab in your app. Here you can see all interactions at a glance. The following elements will help you find your way.

The chronological view

By default, all your calls are sorted chronologically – the most recent call is always at the top. For better clarity, the app often divides the list into time segments such as "Last 7 Days" and "Older".

Identifying new messages: The green dot

A detail you may already know from messenger apps: A green dot next to a call means that the summary is new and has not been read by you.

Once you tap on the call and open the detail view, the green dot disappears. This way, you can always see at a glance what requires your attention.

Finding calls with the filter function

If you are looking for a specific call or just want to see what is new, the filter function is your most important tool.

  1. At the top of the call list, you will find a filter icon or a corresponding button.

  2. Click on it to see the available options.

  3. The most important option is the filter "Show unread". When you activate it, the list hides all previously read calls. This allows you to focus entirely on the new, unprocessed issues.

Clicking into the details

Each entry in the list is a doorway to a wealth of information. Tapping on a call opens the full detail view. There you will find the AI-generated summary, the word-for-word transcript, and further analyses.
