Looking to get your accounting up to date? Depending on whether you subscribed to Safina through the App Store, Google Play Store, or directly via our web app, your invoices can be found in different places.

In this guide, we’ll show you the quickest way to access your receipts.

Where Your Subscription Is Stored

Where you find the invoices for your monthly fixed subscription (including free minutes) depends on how you originally signed up for Safina.

1. Subscription via the App Store (Apple) or Play Store (Google)

If you subscribed to Safina directly on your smartphone within the app, the respective store handles all payment processing.

  • Invoice delivery: Apple or Google will automatically send you an invoice via email after your purchase.
  • View history: You can find all past invoices at any time in your personal purchase history within the store settings on your mobile device.
  • Note: Since billing is handled through external platforms, Safina has no access to these documents and cannot issue duplicate copies.

2. Subscription via the Safina Web App

If you subscribed directly through our Web App, we manage your invoices centrally in our system.

  • How to find your receipts: Open the Safina App (mobile or web).
  • Navigate to the Profile tab in the bottom right.
  • Tap on the Subscription section.
  • Under Manage Subscription, all your invoices are linked.

Invoices for Additional Minutes (Pay-as-you-go)

If you’ve purchased additional minutes beyond your included allowance or set up a spending limit, these amounts are billed separately.

Important: Billing for these additional minutes is always handled directly by Safina — regardless of where your main subscription was purchased. Therefore, you’ll find these receipts exclusively within the app:

  • Path: Profile → Subscription → Additional Minutes.
  • In this section, you can manage your saved payment methods and download all invoices for additional minutes.
