Setup via the Mein Magenta App

The Mein Magenta app (available for iOS and Android) is the quickest visual method for managing call forwarding and other account settings.

  • Forwarding set up but not working: Dial *#61# (for no-answer), *#67# (for busy), or *#62# (for unreachable) to check whether the correct destination is set. If the check returns no forwarding, re-enter the GSM code.
