What the Integration Does
Safina has a native Pipedrive integration. No middleware, no third-party connectors. You connect your Pipedrive account and the sync starts immediately.
Auto-Create Pipedrive Persons
When someone calls, Safina checks whether the phone number already exists in Pipedrive. If it does, the existing person is updated with new information from the call. If not, a new person is created with all captured data: name, phone number, email (if mentioned), organization, and notes from the conversation.
Create Deals in Your Pipeline
For qualified inquiries, Safina creates a deal in the pipeline and stage you specify. A new lead calls about a project? Deal in “New Lead” stage. An existing client calls with a follow-up request? Activity logged on the existing deal. You control when and where deals are created.
Log Call Activities with Full Context
Every call is logged as an activity on the Pipedrive person and linked deal. The activity includes the call summary, full transcript, duration, and extracted action items. Your team sees exactly what was discussed without listening to a recording.
Link Activities to Persons and Deals
Activities are not floating entries. They are linked to the correct person and deal in Pipedrive. When you open a deal, you see the full call history. When you open a person, you see every interaction Safina handled.

1. Connect Pipedrive
Go to Safina Settings, open “Integrations,” and click “Connect Pipedrive.”
2. Authorize Your Pipedrive Account
You are redirected to Pipedrive to grant Safina the necessary permissions. This takes 30 seconds.
3. Select Pipeline and Stage
Choose the default pipeline and stage for new deals. You can use your existing pipeline or create a dedicated one for inbound calls.
4. Done
From this point, all calls are automatically synced with Pipedrive. No further configuration needed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which Pipedrive plan is required?
Any Pipedrive plan works, including Pipedrive Essential. Safina uses the Pipedrive API to create persons, deals, and activities, which is available on all plans.
Are existing persons updated or duplicated?
Safina matches callers by phone number. If a person with that number already exists in Pipedrive, the existing person is used and new information is added. No duplicates are created.
Can I choose which pipeline and stage new deals go into?
Yes. During setup, you select the default pipeline and stage for new deals. You can change this at any time in Safina Settings.
What if a call does not qualify as a deal?
Not every call needs to create a deal. Safina always creates or updates the person and logs the activity. Deal creation can be configured based on your preferences.
Can I use the Pipedrive integration together with webhooks?
Yes. The native Pipedrive integration and webhooks work independently. You can use both to route call data to Pipedrive and additional systems simultaneously.
Does it work with Pipedrive custom fields?
Safina syncs to standard Pipedrive fields (person name, phone, email, organization, activity notes, deal). Custom field mapping is on the roadmap.
