The way your company communicates shapes your brand's image. To ensure that your AI assistant integrates seamlessly into your overall appearance, you can precisely customize its voice and linguistic style.
Whether you maintain a very formal approach or address your customers casually with "you" – Safina adapts to your corporate culture. Here, we will show you where to make these important settings.
How to adjust the language behavior
You can find the settings for your assistant's character in the central configuration area.

Step 1: Navigate to the Configuration Tab
Open your Safina app and go to the "Safina AI" tab.

Step 2: Open the "Language Behavior" section
Scroll through the various options until you find the section "Language Behavior". All settings related to the tone and style of your assistant are bundled here.
Step 3: Adjust the settings
Within the language behavior, you can now personalize two central aspects.
Select the voice
In the selection menu "Voice", you will find a range of different voices. You can select the one that you like best and that suits your company the most. This is a purely personal preference and does not affect what Safina says, only how it sounds.
Set the tone (formal or informal)
The slider for "Tone" is a crucial setting for your assistant's character. Here, you determine how formally or personally Safina interacts with your callers.
Setting "Professional" (left): In this position, Safina will consistently address your callers politely with "You". The choice of words is also more formal.
Setting "Casual" (right): In this position, Safina will choose a friendlier, more personal address and will address your callers with "you".
Select the setting that corresponds to your usual communication with customers to leave a consistent impression. The change is saved immediately and will be active for the next call.
