Activate Safina for your mobile phone. This simple guide shows you how to set up call forwarding for your iOS or Android device with just one click in the app.
The call forwarding from your smartphone is the fastest and most direct way to activate Safina. We have made this process as simple as possible – the app does most of the work for you.
This guide will walk you through the few steps needed to activate your mobile shield against unwanted interruptions.
Setting it up in 3 clicks
You only need the Safina app installed on your smartphone (iOS or Android) for this process.

Step 1: Open the configuration tab
Open the Safina app on your phone and go to the central settings area, the tab "Safina AI".

Step 2: Start the forwarding
Tap on the menu item "Call Forwarding". The app will now show you the default rules based on which the forwarding occurs (usually when your line is busy, you are unreachable, or you reject the call).
Click the "Activate" button.

Step 3: Call the control code
Now comes the clever part that saves you the manual entry:
The Safina app automatically opens your phone app.
In the number pad, you will see a code already fully entered (e.g.
**62*YOUR_SAFINA_NUMBER#
). This is a so-called USSD code, a direct command to your mobile provider.All you have to do is tap the green receiver button to "call" this code.
After a brief moment, a confirmation from your provider will appear directly on the screen.

Done! Your call forwarding is now activated.
Test Your Setup
To ensure everything is working, we recommend a quick test. Simply ask a colleague or friend to call your mobile number. Reject the call or let it ring out. Your Safina should now take over the call.
How do I deactivate the forwarding again?
Do you want to pause or completely cancel the forwarding? It’s just as simple.
Open your phone app, enter the code ##002#
, and tap the receiver. This universal code deletes all active call forwards on your SIM card. You will also receive a confirmation from your provider for this.
