Set up notifications for calls via email & push
Always stay informed. Learn how to set up in the Safina app whether you want to receive call summaries by email, as a push notification, or through both methods.

Safina takes your calls so you can concentrate. However, you naturally want to know promptly who called and what the concern was.
Therefore, you can configure exactly how and where you want to be informed about new call summaries. You can choose between direct push notifications to your mobile phone, an email, or both.
How to configure your notifications
You can find the settings for your notification channels in the central configuration area of your assistant.

Step 1: Navigate to the configuration tab
Open your Safina app and go to the "Safina AI" tab.
Step 2: Find the notification area
Scroll through the list of settings options until you find the "Notifications" section, and tap on it.
Step 3: Select your channels
Now you will see the different channels that you can activate and configure.

Push Notifications
These are the direct, short messages that appear on the lock or home screen of your smartphone.
Find the switch for "Push Notifications".
Activate this switch if you want to receive a message as soon as a call has been processed by Safina.
Important: For this to work, you must have granted the Safina app permission to send notifications in your smartphone's general settings.

Email Notifications
If you prefer to receive the complete call summary as an email in your inbox, you can set it up here.
Your email address you registered with is already set as the default recipient.
You can add as many more email addresses as you like here. Simply enter the desired address in the field and confirm the input.
This is ideal if, for example, your partner, your back office, or an entire team (e.g.,
support@yourcompany.com
) should also receive the reports.
You can, of course, remove addresses from the recipient list at any time.
The perfect combination for your workflow
You don’t have to choose just one way. You can use both channels at the same time. Many of our users appreciate the push message for immediate information on the go and the email as an archive or for structured processing on the computer.
