Set up notifications for calls via email & push
Always stay informed. Learn how to set up in the Safina app whether you want to receive call summaries by email, as a push notification, or through both methods.
Safina takes your calls so you can concentrate. Still, you naturally want to know in a timely manner who called and what the matter was.
Therefore, you can precisely set how and where you want to be informed about new call summaries. You have the choice between direct push notifications on your mobile phone, an email, or both.
How to configure your notifications
You can find the settings for your notification channels in the central configuration area of your assistant.

Step 1: Navigate to the Configuration Tab
Open your Safina app and go to the "Safina AI" tab.
Step 2: Find the Notifications Area
Scroll through the list of options until you find the "Notifications" section, and tap on it.
Step 3: Select Your Channels
Now you will see the various channels that you can activate and configure.

Push Notifications
These are the direct, short messages that appear on the lock or home screen of your smartphone.
Find the switch for "Push Notifications".
Enable this switch if you want to receive a message immediately when a call is processed by Safina.
Important: For this to work, you must have granted the Safina app permission to send notifications in the general settings of your smartphone.

Email Notifications
If you prefer to have the complete call summary in your inbox as an email, you can set that up here.
Your email address with which you registered is already set as the default recipient.
You can add as many additional email addresses as you want. Simply enter the desired address in the field and confirm your input.
This is ideal if, for example, your partner, your back office, or an entire team (e.g.
support@yourcompany.com
) should also receive the reports.
You can of course remove addresses from the recipient list at any time.
The perfect combination for your workflow
You do not have to choose one way. You can use both channels simultaneously. Many of our users appreciate the push notification for immediate information while on the go and the email as an archive or for structured further processing on the computer.
Just experiment with which information method works best for you.
