The Safina AI App: A Tour of All Features

Get oriented right away. This tour of the Safina AI Dashboard shows you the four main areas: Calls, Safina AI, Contacts, and Profile. Learn where to find what you need.

Once your account is set up, let’s take a look at your command center together: the Safina App.

We designed the app to be clear and easy to navigate so you can quickly find everything important. All functionality is divided into four clear areas, which you see at the bottom of the screen as tabs. Let’s take a brief tour.

The "Calls" Tab: Your Call Overview

This is where everything important after a call goes. This tab is your central mailbox for all interactions Safina has had on your behalf.

  • What you’ll find here: A chronological list of all incoming calls. A green dot indicates new, unread summaries.

  • Important features: When you click on a call, a detailed summary opens with the most important results, the complete transcript, and the AI evaluations.

  • What you use it for: To quickly understand who called, what the issue was, and how urgent it is.

This is your daily point of reference to stay up to date.

The "Safina AI" Tab: The Heart of Your Configuration

This is where the magic happens. In this tab, you configure everything related to the behavior and intelligence of your assistant.

  • What you’ll find here: Your current minute usage, your personal Safina number, and all settings related to call behavior.

  • Important features: Here you activate call forwarding, adjust the voice and language of your Safina, edit the call script, or select an industry template. Integrations with your CRM system or calendar are also set up here.

  • What you use it for: To tailor Safina precisely to the needs of your business.

This is where you make the fundamental and detailed settings so that Safina works perfectly for you.

The "Contacts" Tab: Manage Your Callers

In this area, you can manage your contacts to make interactions more personal and define exceptions.

  • What you’ll find here: A list of your imported contacts.

  • Important features: The main feature here is the ability to disable Safina for certain contacts. If a person on this exception list calls, they will never be forwarded to your AI assistant.

  • What you use it for: To ensure that, for example, your family, close business partners, or certain VIP clients always reach you directly.

The "Profile" Tab: Your Account Settings

The last tab is for the administrative aspects of your account.

  • What you’ll find here: Your personal information, password settings, and management of your subscription.

  • Important features: Here, you can change your password, upgrade your plan, and adjust the language of the app interface (not Safina's voice).

  • What you use it for: For all organizational aspects of your Safina account.

As you can see, each area has a clear purpose. This structure helps you navigate quickly and reach every setting with just a few clicks.

We recommend that you simply click through the four tabs to get a feel for the app. For each of the functions described here, there are detailed guides if you want to dive deeper.
