Change personal data and password in Safina
Your data changed? In this short guide, we will show you how to easily and quickly update your name or password in the profile tab of your Safina app.
Keeping your account information up to date is important - whether it's for the security of your account or simply because your name has changed. We will show you how to do this in a few simple steps.
The process is intentionally kept simple and direct in the Safina App.
How to change your data: Step by step
Regardless of whether you want to update your personal information or your password, the starting point is always the same.
Step 1: Navigate to the Profile tab
First, open your Safina App - on your smartphone or in the web browser. Then navigate to the "Profile" tab. You will find it on the far right of the bottom menu bar.
Step 2: Update personal information
If you want to change your name or other stored personal details, proceed as follows:
Tap on "Personal Information" in the Profile menu.
Here you will see the fields that you can edit. Make the desired changes.
Finally, click "Save" to apply the changes.
Step 3: Change your password
For security reasons, you should update your password regularly.
Select "Change Password" (or a similarly named field) in the Profile menu.
You will now be prompted to enter your current password for security reasons.
Then enter your new password and repeat it in the confirmation field to avoid typos. We recommend choosing a strong password made up of letters, numbers, and special characters.
Confirm the change by clicking on "Update Password" or "Save".
Done! Your data is up to date
That’s it. Your account information is now updated. These changes take effect immediately on all devices you use with Safina.
