Set up call forwarding in MeinVodafone (Cable & DSL)

As a Vodafone customer, you should set up call forwarding to Safina directly in the Vodafone network. This ensures that calls reach your assistant even when your router (e.g., Vodafone Station or EasyBox) is not reachable at home.

The central point of contact for this is your "MeinVodafone" customer portal. It's important to know that the path to get there varies slightly depending on whether you have a cable or DSL connection.

Primary Method (Recommended): Setup in the "MeinVodafone" Portal

First, log in with your credentials to your MeinVodafone account and then follow the appropriate path for your contract type.

For Cable Customers (Vodafone Station or Fritz!Box Cable)

  1. Select your cable contract after logging in.

  2. Navigate to "Settings" and then to "Phone Settings".

  3. Click on "Change Forwarding".

  4. Here you can choose between the options "Immediately", "After 30 Seconds", or "If Line Busy" and enter your personal Safina number as the target.

  5. Save the setting.

For DSL Customers (EasyBox or Third-Party Router)

  1. Select your DSL contract after logging in.

  2. Click on the menu (three dots) and select "My Products".

  3. Navigate to "Configuration Language" and then to "Call Forwarding / Parallel".

  4. Click on "Edit".

  5. In the dialog that opens, you can now enter the target phone number – your Safina number – and save the rule.

Alternative Method: Setup via Code

Vodafone uses the standardized GSM control codes that you can enter directly via your landline phone.

  • Delete all forwardings: ##002#

  • Activate immediate forwarding: **21*YOUR_SAFINA_NUMBER#

  • Delete immediate forwarding: ##21#

  • Activate forwarding when busy: **67*YOUR_SAFINA_NUMBER#

  • Delete forwarding when busy: ##67#

  • Activate forwarding when not answered: **61*YOUR_SAFINA_NUMBER#

  • Delete forwarding when not answered: ##61#

By setting up in the MeinVodafone portal, you create a stable and reliable connection to your Safina assistant.
