Ready for more focus? This simple step-by-step guide shows you how to create your Safina AI account in just 5 minutes and immediately start with the new industry templates.
It's great that you're ready for the next step. This guide will walk you simply and directly through the creation of your Safina account. In just a few minutes, your personal phone assistant will be ready to go.
The goal is to quickly and efficiently get you to the point where you can experience the benefits of Safina: more peace, better organization, and professional availability.

Step 1: Create Your Account
The registration is intentionally kept simple so that you don't waste any time.
Go to registration: Visit our website and click on the button for registration or for the free trial.
Enter your data: You only need your email address and a secure password.
Confirm email: We will send you a short confirmation email. One click on the link within it and your account is active.
That's it. You can now log into your Safina app directly – either in the web browser or in the mobile app for iOS and Android.

Step 2: The Initial Setup
After your first login, an assistant will guide you through the main settings. This includes, for example, the primary language and tone that Safina should use when speaking with your callers.

Your Personal Safina Number
Right from the start, you'll choose the country code for your exclusive Safina number. This is the phone number to which you'll later forward calls and under which your AI assistant can be reached. Currently, we support, for example, Germany, Austria, the United Kingdom, Spain, and South Africa; more countries will follow as we continuously work on our internationalization.
If your desired country code is not yet available, you can submit a registration request via safina.ai/help/personal. While this does not guarantee that we can provide the country code immediately, we strongly consider our users' requests when expanding.
Activate Call Forwarding
This is the crucial step to go live with Safina. The app gives you the simplest method right away. Detailed instructions can be found here:

We recommend activating the forwarding directly and making a test call from another phone. This way, you can experience Safina live in action immediately.

Choose Your Industry Template
Now comes the most important step that saves you a lot of work. At the end of onboarding, you have the choice: Do you want to start from scratch or immediately with a proven template for your industry?
What are industry templates?
These are ready-made configurations created by us for Safina, tailored to typical concerns and processes in specific industries. You don't need to reinvent the wheel but start directly with a proven system.
We offer templates for many areas, for example:

What does a template include?
A template defines all important conversation scenarios. For example, the template for craftsmen includes predefined processes for:
Scenario 1: Disturbance/Emergency - Safina asks about the type of disturbance, urgency, and measures already taken.
Scenario 2: Quotation/Cost Estimate - Safina clarifies the requested service, details about scope and material.
Scenario 3: Schedule an Appointment - Safina asks for the reason for the appointment and the desired time frame.
... and further scenarios for maintenance, consulting, or general inquiries.
You simply select the appropriate template, and your Safina immediately knows which information it needs to ask for typical calls in your business. Of course, you can later adjust and refine each template according to your wishes.
Step 3: What Now?
Congratulations! Your Safina account is now set up and is even intelligently preconfigured for your industry thanks to the templates. Every call that is forwarded will now be answered professionally and purposefully.
