Do you need more minutes or advanced features? This guide shows you how to easily upgrade your Safina AI subscription in the profile tab of your app and immediately unlock more capabilities.
Your business is growing, and with it, your requirements. You may need more monthly call minutes, or you want to take advantage of an advanced feature like CRM integration or full calendar integration.
Upgrading your Safina subscription is possible at any time and can be easily done directly in the app. We'll show you how.
Your Subscription Upgrade in 3 Steps
The process is designed so that you can find and activate the plan you need now with just a few clicks.
Step 1: Navigate to the Profile Tab
Open your Safina app, whether on your smartphone or in the web browser. Navigate to the "Profile" tab, which you will find on the far right of the lower menu bar.
Step 2: Open Subscription Management
In the profile menu, find the item "Manage Subscription" or "My Subscription" and click on it.
You will now see an overview that shows you your current plan and introduces you to the other available plans with their respective advantages and features.
Step 3: Choose and Confirm the New Plan
Compare the features and select the plan that best fits your current needs.
Click the button under your desired plan, e.g., "Upgrade to Business".
The app will now guide you through the secure payment and confirmation process.
After confirmation, your upgrade is complete.
What Happens Immediately After the Upgrade?
You don’t have to wait. Your new features and additional call minutes are immediately activated for you.
The billing will be adjusted accordingly. You will see the exact details during the upgrade process and on your next invoice. So you can start utilizing the enhanced capabilities of Safina right away.
