Adjust the voice and tone of your Safina
Give your AI assistant a personal touch. Learn how to select the voice of your Safina and adjust the tone – from professional (formal) to casual (informal).
The way your company communicates shapes the image of your brand. To ensure that your AI assistant seamlessly integrates into your overall presentation, you can precisely adjust its voice and linguistic style.
Whether you maintain a very formal approach or address your customers informally with "you" – Safina adapts to your corporate culture. We will show you here where you can make these important settings.
How to Adjust the Language Behavior
The settings for the character of your assistant can be found in the central configuration area.
Step 1: Navigate to the Configuration Tab
Open your Safina app and go to the "Safina AI" tab.
Step 2: Open the "Language Behavior" Section
Scroll through the various options until you find the section "Language Behavior". Here are all the settings bundled that affect the sound and style of your assistant.
Step 3: Adjust the Settings
Within the language behavior, you can now personalize two central aspects.
Select the Voice
In the selection menu "Voice", you will find a range of different voices. You can select the one you like best and that fits your company the best. This is a purely personal preference and does not affect what Safina says, but only how she sounds.
Set the Tonality (You or Formal)
The slider at "Tonality" is a crucial setting for the character of your assistant. Here you define how formally or personally Safina interacts with your callers.
Setting "Professional" (left): In this position, Safina will consistently and politely address your callers with "you". The word choice is also more formal.
Setting "Casual" (right): In this position, Safina chooses a friendlier, more personal address and will address your callers with "you".
Select the setting that matches your usual communication with customers to leave a consistent impression. The change is saved immediately and active on the next call.
