Where can I find my invoices? Subscriptions & extra minutes explained
Accounting made easy: In this guide, learn where to find your invoices for Safina subscriptions and additional minutes – whether in the App Store or in the web app.
Do you want to bring your accounting up to date? Depending on whether you subscribed to your Safina subscription through the App Store, the Google Play Store, or directly via our web app, you can find your invoices in different places.
In this guide, we will show you the quickest way to access your receipts.

The Location of Your Subscription
The location of your invoices for the monthly flat-rate subscription (including free minutes) depends on how you originally booked Safina.
1. Booking through the App Store (Apple) or Play Store (Google)
If you subscribed to Safina directly on your smartphone within the app, the respective store handles the entire payment processing.
Receipt Delivery: Apple or Google will automatically send you the invoice via email after booking.
View History: You can find all past invoices anytime in your personal purchase history within the store settings of your mobile device.
Note: Since billing is done through external platforms, Safina does not have access to these documents and cannot issue duplicates.
2. Booking through the Safina Web App
If you completed your subscription directly through our web app, we manage your invoices centrally in our system.
How to find your receipts:
Open the Safina App (mobile or web).
Navigate to the Profile tab at the bottom right.
Tap on the Subscription section.
Under the Manage Subscription item, all your invoices are linked.
Invoices for Additional Minutes (Pay-as-you-go)
If you have booked additional minutes beyond your included volume or set up a payment limit, these amounts will be billed separately.
Important: The billing for these additional minutes is always done directly through Safina – regardless of where your main subscription was booked. Therefore, you can find these receipts exclusively within the app:
Path: Profile → Subscription → Additional Minutes.
In this section, you can manage your stored payment methods and download all invoices for additional minutes booked.
