Save time with proven templates. Learn what industry templates are and how you can use a ready-made configuration for craftsmen, practices, law firms, and more with one click for your Safina.

You have learned in the previous articles how powerful the conversation guide is. However, creating such a guide perfectly from scratch requires time and strategic considerations.
This is where perhaps the greatest shortcut to your perfect configuration comes into play: the industry templates.
What exactly is an industry template?
An industry template is a complete, pre-defined conversation guide by our experts, specifically tailored to the typical requirements and call reasons of a particular industry.
Think of it this way: Instead of drawing a house from scratch, you choose a professional architect's house that you then customize according to your wishes.
A template already includes:
The most important scenarios for your industry (e.g., "report an issue", "appointment request", "prescription order").
The appropriate questions for each scenario to collect all relevant data.
If applicable, additional AI evaluations (e.g., "identify from the conversation whether it's an emergency")
For which industries are there templates?
We continuously expand our library of templates. Currently, you can find templates for:
Craft businesses
Medical practices & therapists
Real estate agencies
Agencies & IT service providers
Studios & salons
... and a general template that serves as a good starting point for all other industries.
How to select a template
There are two moments when you can use a template for yourself.
During the initial setup (Onboarding)
The easiest way is right at the creation of your account. As described in the setup article, you will be offered a selection of templates at the end of the onboarding process. Here, you simply select your industry and start immediately with a professional setup.
Later applying or switching a template
You can also choose a template later at any time or replace your existing one.
To do this, go to the "Safina AI" tab.
There you will find an option like "apply template".
Select a suitable template for your industry.
Now decide which of the guidelines you want to adopt for your Safina and which you do not
Lastly, you can decide
… to complement your existing guidelines with the selection.
… to completely overwrite your existing guidelines.
Please note that in this case all existing guidelines will be deleted.

Using an industry template is our recommended starting point for almost all users. You save a tremendous amount of time, benefit from a proven conversation structure, and ensure that no important questions are forgotten.
