The Safina call forwarding is not working?
Your calls are not being forwarded to Safina? This troubleshooting guide shows you how to solve the problem on your phone in 2 steps and what Apple users need to consider.
Note: This troubleshooting guide focuses on issues with call forwarding from your mobile phone. If you are having problems with your landline, the cause is usually in the router settings. In this case, please check our guide on Router Setup.
You have set everything up for your mobile, but calls are not reaching your Safina assistant? No worries. This issue is usually due to a minor disruption in your mobile provider's settings and is typically resolved quickly with a simple "reset".
Let's go through this step by step together.
The 2-Step Solution: Reconfigure Forwarding
In most cases, this method resolves the issue. We will completely reset all forwarding settings and set them up cleanly afterward.
Step 1: Deactivate All Forwardings
First, we need to ensure that no old or faulty rules are still active with your mobile provider.
Open the Phone App on your smartphone (the app you use to make regular calls).
Enter the universal code
##002#
in the dial pad.Tap the Call Button to "call" this code.
After a short moment, you should see a confirmation message from your mobile provider on the screen indicating that all call forwarding has been cleared.

Alternatively, you can also open the Safina App directly and click on the "Deactivate" button under the "Safina AI" tab in the "Forwarding to Safina" section. This will automatically dial the code ##002#
. You just need to press the Call Button afterward.

Step 2: Reactivate Forwarding via the Safina App
Once everything has been reset to zero, we will simply set up the forwarding to Safina again.
Open the Safina App.
Go to the "Safina AI" tab and select the "Call Forwarding" menu item.
Select the desired rules (we recommend "Select All" to start) and tap "Activate".
The app will now guide you through the process just as it did during the initial setup, where you only need to press the call button in your phone app to confirm the control code.
Then it's best to make a test call. The issue should now be resolved.

Important Note for Apple Users: Live Voicemail
On iPhones, a special feature called "Live Voicemail" can sometimes cause conflicts with call forwarding. If you are using an iPhone and the steps above do not resolve the issue, please disable this feature.
To do this, go to your iPhone's "Settings".
Use the search bar at the top to search for "Live Voicemail".
Turn off the feature in the menu that opens.
